John Kirk is currently President and CEO of Tuckerman’s portfolio investment in the turbine repair industry, TRS Global. John is an operating advisor to Tuckerman and has worked with Tuckerman on sales, marketing, operational, and leadership alignment initiatives with their successful prior investments in Orthofeet and Freedom Communication Technologies.
John has over 15 years of experience in general management with an emphasis on business development, sales and marketing, strategic planning, operational improvement, business transformation and leadership. Most recently, John led global strategy and business development for 3M’s >$1 billion homecare business.
John holds a BA from the University of Georgia and received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. John is also an avid hiker, having successfully completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail.
