Luke McLaughry
Principal
Luke McLaughry is a Principal at Tuckerman Capital where he executes and manages investments alongside Deal Partners and operating executives. Luke joined Tuckerman in 2021 and has ten years of experience advising and investing in lower middle market businesses across a broad range of industries. He is responsible for business development, investment diligence, deal execution and portfolio management.
Prior to Tuckerman, Luke was a member of the investment team at Gemini Investors, a lower middle market private equity firm where he executed and managed investments primarily in business services, manufacturing, industrial and consumer products companies. During his time at Gemini Luke completed over a dozen platform investment, add-on, financing and recapitalization transactions and served as a Board Director for ten portfolio companies, working closely with independent sponsors, co-investors and executives to drive growth and value creation initiatives. Prior to Gemini, Luke worked at a boutique advisory firm where he supported merger and acquisition transactions across a broad range of industries.
Luke earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College where he competed on the Division I Alpine Ski Team.
