We invest in established businesses with successful track records and clear potential for further growth. Enterprise values typically range between $10 million and $75 million with the capability to invest in larger opportunities in partnership with our institutional limited partners.

The companies in which we invest deliver innovative solutions to critical problems, typically through the design and manufacture of highly-engineered, non-commodity products or through the delivery of critical, high-value, and difficult to replicate services to commercial, industrial, or government customers.  We invest across a broad range of end markets and industries and have experience with a wide variety of business models.

When considering an acquisition, our evaluation process consists of two primary components: a quantitative analysis that analyzes both current and historical performance and a qualitative evaluation that examines the company as well as the economic ecosystem in which it operates.
